Send email notification customers after they pre-order a product

Once the clients pre-ordered a product successfully on the site, you can send the email notification automatically to inform them of this situation

  1. From the admin side of the app, click “Notifications” tab
  2. Select Order confirmation

 

There are two UIs for editing the email template

Old UI
  1. Click on Configuration tab
  2. Tick the checkbox of ” Send automatically to the customer after they place their pre-order” 
  3. Click “ Save” to apply the change

 

New UI
  1. Tick the checkbox of ” Send automatically to the customer after they place their pre-order” 
  2. Click “ Save” to apply the change

Note: this Order confirmation function is only available in the paid plans but not available in the Free plan.
