This app has added a nice modern touch to all our product pages with the configurable color swatches. Why can’t I see the swatches for my new product?

You hit the update data button in the app that is under the option list to ensure that the latest information is updated. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to assist you.

What is a product group?

A product group is a group of products you selected in the app’s product group tab and it will show them under the variant mode on product page and collection page. When you click a product of the group, it will redirect to the product URL of the selected product.

Can I show only relevent variant images when clicking a swatch?

Yes, you can. The app’s image group function is available in the Free plan and it’s applicable to the grid/list image thumbnail mode. On the carousel mode, with some themes, it’s also possible to work using a small code integration. If you need assistace, our support team is happy to help you.

Can I apply two product bundles to one product?

A product can only belong to one product bundle at a time.
