Manual Recommendations

This guide shows you how to pick products to the recommendation widget by hand.

To use this feature, you must enable the Manual condition. Steps to turn it on are as follows. 

Steps

1. From the app’s left navigation, click on the Products Widgets.
2. Go to a product widget you want to add products manually.
3. Click on the settings icon.
4. Enable the Manual condition.

Next, you manually add the products in the Manual Recommendations tab. 

Steps

1. From the app’s navigation, click on the Manual Recommendations under the Settings section.
2. In the Manual Recommendations screen, click Add Product.
3. The Add Manual Recommendations screen will appear.
4. In the Products field, search for the product(s) you want to show up the manual recommendations widget.
5. Choose any products by ticking on the checkbox.
6. In the Related Products box, search for the related product(s) with the above-selected items.
7. Select the related products by checking on the box.
8. Click the Select Related Products button.
9. Click the Save button to finish.
