1. Check the form type and your pricing plan
- There are some advanced templates are limited in Free plan: bulk order form, register form, cart form and multistep form.
- Also, If you you are using Free plan of our app, only one form (the first form you created) is allowed to show up on the front store. If you want to show the form, you need to delete all other forms (leave only one form).Or you can upgrade the app to avoid the limit.
Please check your current plan and make sure you are on the app’s Paid plan (since these two forms are not available with the FREE plan).
2. Check how you display form on front store
Please follow all of the fulfilled steps to display the form on the Shopify pages. You can take a reference to one of the links below:
If the page template is special, not a default template, I suggest you contact the support team of the app to ask for further assistance. We will support you adding the form ASAP.
3. Set forms as active form in the app
To show the form on the site, the form status need to be active.
