In this document, you will know how to collect the remaining payment for the pre-orders. This can be processed manually or automatically based on your demand.
By manually, you can send customers a reminder email by getting access to Orders > More actions > Email payment reminders:
To set this process automatically, you can configure in the app. Please go to Preorder tab > Setting > Partial payment:
As default, our app will collect the fee automatically when it reaches the due date. Therefore, you can select the condition “Auto-send the reminder email to the customer to process the remaining payment for pre-order” so the customers can pay it themselves.
