When you add/edit the option for your shop on Shopify admin page, please go back to the app in order to sync data in the app, kindly go back to the app → Options → click the ‘sync now’ button on the top right corner to finish.
Note: please go to the Theme Integrate to check again which theme you integrate the app into to check the result on the correct theme.
