By default, the app’s option set will be applied to all customers.
You can manually select specific customers (or a group of customers) to be able to see the option sets by following the step-by-step guidelines below.
Pick customers by hand
Steps to manage
- From the app top’s navigation, click Option Sets.
- Choose an option set that you want to show up for specific customers.
- Choose the Customers tab.
- Select the Manual switch box.
- Click on the Select Customers button.
- The Select Customers popup window will appear.
- Pick any customers by ticking the checkboxes.
- Click Add to select them.
- Disable any customers by un-tick the checkboxes next to them.
- Click Save to finish.
Pick customers by using conditions
Steps to manage
- From the app’s top navigation, click Option Sets.
- Choose an option set that you want to show up for a set of customers.
- Choose the Customers tab.
- Select the Automate switch box.
- Define a set of conditions to select customers.
- Click Save to finish.
