You’re allowed to cancel/pause/or resume a current subscription by some simple steps below.
Steps to manage
- From app admin page, click Subscriptions
- In the list of subscription plans, choose a subscription that you want to update its status > click the Edit icon
- Under Subscription Status dropdown, select a status you want to apply into this subscription plan: Cancel / Pause / Resume
- Click Save to complete
