Manage subscription status

You’re allowed to cancel/pause/or resume a current subscription by some simple steps below.

Steps to manage

1. From app admin page, click Subscriptions
2. In the list of subscription plans, choose a subscription that you want to update its status > click the Edit icon
3. Under Subscription Status dropdown, select a status you want to apply into this subscription plan: Cancel / Pause / Resume
4. Click Save to complete
