Each customer can only submit the form once. If they use the same email address or phone number and submit the form second time, the error message shows up like this.
To set the limit, please view the below steps.
Step to manage
1. Open the app > click Forms > open a form
2. Click setting icon on the left side > click General
3. Tick on checkbox Limit to one submit per user > select option to identify the customers: email or phone
4. Click Save
