Redirect form to another URL after a successful submission

Please follow our instructions to configure the form:

1. From admin side of the app, click Forms > open the form you want
2. Click After submit icon on the left side
3. Change Action to Redirect to page
4. Fill out the URL of the page that you want to redirect to
5. Save form to apply change
