Enable app options on collection page

Enable/Disable all options

Steps:

1. From the app admin page, go to Settings
2. Find Collection page > enable Show on collection page option
3. Click Save

Enable/Disable specific options

Steps:

1. From the app admin page, go to Options
2. Enable/disable the option you want on collection page (see attached)
3. Click Save to apply the changes.
