Configure pinning

The pinning feature helps to list products to the top of the search results if customers enter the assigned keywords in the search box.

Add new pinning

Steps to manage

1. From the app’s dashboard, click on the Pinning under the Search topic.
2. Click on the Add Pinning button.
3. The Add Pinning window will appear.
4. On the Queries field, enter the list of keywords you want to assign.
5. On the All products column, click the Pin button for any products that you want to show up at the top of the search result.
6. Click Save to finish.

Result: The list of pinned products will appear in the Pinned Products column.

Edit pinning

Steps

1. From the app’s dashboard, click on the Pinning under the Search topic.
2. Click on the Edit button.
3. The Edit Pinning window will appear.
4. On the Queries field, adjust the keywords you want to assign if needed.
5. To remove any pinned products, click the Unpin button in the Pinned Products column.
6. To add any new pinned products, click the Pin button in the All products column.
7. Click Save to finish.
